Responsibilities •Co-ordinate your team to achieve and maintain production targets and shop floor disciplines •Responsible for all activities and output for your area,  •Ensure compliance with quality standards  •Updating and maintaining all metrics and KPI boards daily to maximize efficiency and team performance,  •Maintain all area 5S requirements; •Liaise closely with other internal departments to plan work efficiently; •Document machinery and equipment failures and agree the necessary actions to restore production quickly; and Requirements •Maintenance technician diploma or equivalent •Management qualification in manufacturing •knowledge of 5S principles •Ability to manage staff and resources •Organized and methodical; •A confident decision-maker; •An excellent resource planner •Results oriented with an analytical and problem solving mind-set and highly quality-orientated
