Responsibilities      Responsible for all process Engineering issues in the electronic production unit     Responsible for the run of new projects incl. samples     Management of process staff (engineers, technicians)     Responsible for the attainment of the process targets of the production unit     Communication with contact persons in the head quarter and other Marquardt plants and implementation of new standard procedures and new standard technologies             Minimum Qualifications     Engineer diploma (min. 5 years in similar job)     Fluent English (German is an asset)     Mastering of SMT and THT technologies, other annexe machines (milling, coating, ICT, press fit, etc..)     Mastering of all known and standard process tools
