Responsibilities      Ensure the capability and the proper functioning of machines & test Equipment     Responsible for product modification, planning and realization of new samples     Resp. for documents + Planning for product relocation     Support and supervision during the SOP and ramp-up phase of new projects     Participation in production continuous improvement system     Tact time analysis of production line & ergonomics to reach the required productivity with the required quality.     Participation in root cause analysis Meetings and realization of counter measures.     Ensure the working according the process control plan             Minimum Qualifications     Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineer with at least 3 years experience in leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment     Experience in Automotive/ Mechatronic industry will be an asset.     Languages: Fluency in oral and written English is a required     Software Tools skills (e.g. SAP, Agile, MS Office….)
