Responsibilities      Develop and improve molding processes for new and existing products     Provide production departments with technical support to make continuous and step change improvements.     Establish project goals and objectives     Technical strategy implementation     Assist with development and implementation of Quality Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and other manufacturing related documentation  Minimum Qualifications      Engineer diploma     Minimum 3+ years process or project engineering experience     Knowledge of plastic molding technologies     Experience within a manufacturing plant environment     Familiarity with process data management applications/systems     Able to handle multiple complex tasks and set priorities with multiple internal customers     Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Applications
